RTO Assurance – Peace of Mind Included

Every rent-to-own building includes full RTO Assurance for added protection and long-term value.

• If a window, door, or other component breaks, the customer only pays for the part — all labor is free.

• If a building is damaged beyond repair (for example, a tree falls on it), the shed is fully replaced.

• Every building includes a 5-year craftsmanship warranty.

This program ensures your portable building stays functional and dependable for years to come.

Wall & Stud Construction

Constructed with high-quality materials and methods to offer a strong, dependable building, not something temporary.

• 2×4 wall studs placed 16" on center

• Double stud every 4 ft for added reinforcement

• Wind-rated up to 160 mph for dependable, long-lasting performance

This creates rigid, solid walls that resist bowing, warping, and wind pressure over time.

Flooring & Foundation System

A strong building starts at the foundation, and ours are built to last.

Floor Joists & Skids

• 2×6 pressure-treated floor joists

• 4×6 pressure-treated skids

• Garage floor joists spaced 12" on center for added strength under heavy vehicles or equipment

Flooring

• Standard sheds include durable ⅝" tongue-and-groove flooring

• Garages come with ¾" flooring for maximum load capacity

• Any building can be upgraded to ¾" flooring for an additional cost
